The work is only as good as the technician on site. AMS is a signatory to Pipefitters Local 537, so the people servicing your equipment are trained union pipefitters.
Our technicians hold Massachusetts Refrigeration and Oil Burner licenses. A no-heat call, a tripped chiller or a planned boiler swap: they diagnose on site and fix it on site.
One Call for Service
One contractor accountable for the whole mechanical room.
HVAC and HVAC-related piping and plumbing come from one call, with trusted subcontractors when a job needs them. When a repair or replacement needs electrical work, we coordinate that too.
PM visits, repairs and replacements are scoped, done and reported back to you. If something breaks, you already know who to call.
Safety First: Upholding High Standards
At AMS, good work starts with working safely.
Our whole team is OSHA 30 trained. We run a written safety program with ongoing training and meet all OSHA compliance requirements on every job site. Your occupants keep working while we do.

Our technicians are members of Pipefitters Local 537, and we keep training them on the equipment they service, from rooftop units to geothermal heat pumps. Good crews get better here.
