Not just supervisors. Everyone on our field team is OSHA 30 trained, so the person on your roof or in your boiler room knows the rules for working there.

Our program is written down, and our team works to it. It covers:

Safe on the roof
Our team is trained in ladder and rooftop safe climbing, because a lot of commercial HVAC lives on the roof.
Certified for refrigerant
No one on our team handles refrigerant without EPA 608 certification.
Licensed and Local 537
Our technicians are members of Pipefitters Local 537 and hold Massachusetts refrigeration and oil burner licenses. Facility and procurement teams can request our safety documentation for bids and vendor files.
