The building: A lab and manufacturing facility northwest of Boston.
What we do: A full-service Preventive maintenance program with four inspections a year plus seasonal maintenance. We supply filters four times a year and belts yearly, clean the condenser coils and cover emergency calls.
Where it stands: The program is active and was renewed for 2026.
Dedicated lab cooling for a hospital
New cooling for a hospital lab.
The building: A hospital lab on the South Shore of Massachusetts.
What we are doing: Installing two new 3-ton split systems for dedicated lab cooling, with new power circuits and condensate pumps.
Where it stands: In progress.
Cooling tower repair at a telecom facility
Rebuilding cooling tower fan drives.
The building: A telecom site south of Boston.
What we are doing: Rebuilding the fan drive assemblies on two cooling towers, including bearings, shafts, sheaves and motor parts. We ordered the long-lead parts ahead of time to keep the job on schedule.
Where it stands: In progress, due to finish in mid-December 2026.
